摘 要:为提升大面积地坪施工中自密实混凝土的使用效果,设计试验分析了自密实混凝土抗冻性能、工作性能、强度性能与玄武岩纤维掺量之间的关系。试验结果显示:掺加玄武岩纤维后,自密实混凝土的坍落度、坍落扩展度等数据变小,填充性能、流动性能有所降低,通过钢筋间隙的能力相较变弱;混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、抗压强度均随玄武岩纤维掺量提升而表现出前期增长后期降低的发展趋势,两者最高值均出现于掺加2kg/m3玄武岩纤维时;除此之外,玄武岩纤维的掺加有效改善了混凝土试件的抗冻性能,减少了内部孔隙,限制了微小裂缝的生成与发展。To improve the effectiveness of self-compacting concrete in large-scale floor construction,experi-mental analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between the frost resistance,workability,strength performance and basalt fiber content of self compacting concrete.The experimental results show that after adding basalt fibers,the slump,slump expansion and other data of self-compacting concrete de-crease,and the filling performance and flow performance decrease.The ability to pass through the gap be-tween steel bars is relatively weaker.The splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of concrete show a development trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage with the increase of basalt fiber content.The highest values of both occur when adding 2 kg/m3 basalt fiber.In addition,the addition of basalt fibers effectively improves the frost resistance of concrete specimens,reduces internal pores,and limits the generation and development of small cracks.
