摘  要:风电叶片连续纤维环氧拉挤板就是叶片主梁用到的连续纤维环氧体系拉挤板,增强用连续纤维包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维和碳/玻混纤维。针对风力发电叶片连续纤维环氧拉挤板力学性能方法进行了总结分析和探究,提出了连续纤维环氧拉挤板力学性能评价方法。介绍了拉伸、压缩、弯曲、层间剪切、面内剪切、拉剪和断裂韧性试验样品的制备方法,并按相关标准进行力学性能测试。试验数据和理想的试样破坏状态表明,这是一套很有效的评价连续纤维环氧拉挤板力学性能的方法。The continuous fiber epoxy pultrusion plate for wind power blade is a continuous fiber epoxy sys-tem pultrusion plate used in the main beam of the blade.The continuous fibers reinforced in this plate in-clude glass fiber,carbon fiber and carbon fiber and glass fiber mixed fibers.The methods of mechanical properties of epoxy pultrusion plate of continuous fiber for wind power blade were summarized,analyzed and explored,and the evaluation method of mechanical properties of continuous fiber epoxy pultrusion plate was proposed.The preparation methods of tensile,compressive,bending,interlaminar shear,in-plane shear,tensile shear and fracture toughness test samples were introduced,and their mechanical properties are tested according to relevant standards.The experimental data and the ideal failure state of the samples show that this is a very effective method to evaluate the mechanical properties of continuous fiber epoxy pul-trusion plate.
