摘　　要：智慧社会发展评价分析通过对基础数据分析,利用无量纲测算、分级测算、修正指标测算等方法,采用客观评价和专家综合评估相结合方式,实现对区域智慧社会发展综合评价.本文结合本地区实际,详细阐述了智慧社会评价体系、综合评价算法、综合评价过程以及算法优化,验证了评价结果,为其他城市的智慧社会发展评价提供了可借鉴的经验.The evaluation and analysis of the development of a smart society were based on the analysis of basic data.In this paper,several calculation methods,such as dimensionless calculation,hierarchical calculation,and revised index calculation,were used.By the combination of objective evaluation and expert comprehensive evaluation,the three-dimensional and comprehensive evaluation of regional smart society development was realized.Combined with the actual situation in this region,this paper expounds on the intelligent society evaluation system,comprehensive evaluation algorithm,comprehensive evaluation process,and algorithm optimization in detail,verifies the evaluation results,and provides reference experience for the evaluation of intelligent society development in other cities.
