摘  要:通过对比不同浓度的30%啶菌·威悬浮剂在防治黄瓜灰霉病上的田间药效来分析该药剂在黄瓜灰霉病上的防效、安全性和实际推广价值,同时对比的还有25%啶菌恶唑乳油和65%万霉灵可湿粉。结果表明:1)30%啶菌·威悬浮剂在防治黄瓜灰霉病上具有一定的防效,平均防效70.16%,推荐使用量为22.2~88.8 g.mL/667 m^(2),且防效随用药量的增加而提高;2)30%啶菌·威悬浮剂用药量合理,对黄瓜安全,且未见药害;3)25%啶菌恶唑乳油和65%万霉灵可湿性粉剂防治黄瓜灰霉病的最后一次调查防效为76.40%、73.41%,防效较高,增产率为17.12%、15.31%,增产效果较为明显,且方差分析表明,25%啶菌恶唑乳油和65%万霉灵可湿性粉剂与30%啶菌·威悬浮剂之间无明显差异,可考虑与30%啶菌·威悬浮剂复配或交替使用,以此来增强药效、减轻抗药性。The field efficacy,safety and practical promotion value of 30%cinerea·Viagra SC in the control of Sclerotinia fuckeliana of cucumber were analyzed by comparing the field efficacy of different concentrations of the agent,as well as the 25%ridoxazole emulsion and 65%vanmalin wettable powder.The results show that:1)30%cinerea·Viagra SC is effective in the control of Sclerotinia fuckeliana of cucumber.The average prevention effect was 70.16%,and the recommended usage is from 22.2 to 88.8 g.mL/667 m^(2).And the prevention effect increases with the increase of the dosage;2)The dosage of 30%cinerea·Viagra SC was reasonable,safe to cucumber,and no harm was found;3)In the last investigation,the control efficiency of 25%ridoxazole emulsifiable oil and 65%vanomycin wet-able powder against Sclerotinia fuckeliana of cucumber was 76.40%and 73.41%,and the control efficiency was higher,the yield increase was 17.12%and 15.31%,and the yield increase effect was more obvious,and the variance analysis showed that there is no significant difference between 25%dioxazole emulsion and 65%vanmelin wettable powder and 30%cinerea·Viagra SC,so it can be considered to be combined with 30%cinerea·Viagra SC or alternate use to enhance drug efficacy and reduce drug resistance.
