摘 要:玉米瘤黑粉病主要是由瘤黑粉病菌(Ustilsgo maydis)侵染而引起的病害,是玉米生产的重要病害之一。为确定玉米瘤黑粉病菌萌发的适宜条件,试验对采自辽宁阜新的玉米瘤黑粉病菌进行了培养,以观察3种因素不同水平对其萌发率的影响,结果表明,玉米瘤黑粉病菌在25~30℃下萌发最好;pH值在3~7的范围内其孢子均能萌发,且在pH值为3时生长最好;玉米瘤黑粉病菌在自然光照射条件下萌发较好,且随着光照时间的延长,萌发率也随之变高。Maize smut is mainly caused by the infection of Ustilsgo maydis,and is one of the most important diseases in maize production.In order to determine the suitable condition for the germination of maize Ustilsgo maydis,the experiment cultured maize Ustilsgo maydis collected from Fuxin,Liaoning Province,and observed the effects of three factors on the germination rate.The results showed that the germination of maize Ustilsgo maydis was best at 25~30℃;The spores can germinate in the range of pH 3 to 7,and the best growth is at pH 3;The germination of maize Ustilsgo maydis is better under natural light irradiation,and the germination rate becomes higher with the extension of light time.
