摘　　要：针对传统镇压器容易造成镇压不均、镇压强度不足及机具适应性差等问题,研制出一种横向单体距离可调的仿形镇压工作装置,并介绍其总体结构、工作原理和关键部件设计。样机试验结果表明,该装置适用于玉米、小麦等作物播种前后的镇压,且镇压均匀、强度大、效果好,能够达到提墒保墒、促进种子发芽、保苗等效果。Aiming at the problems of uneven suppression,insufficient suppression strength and poor adaptability of the traditional suppression device,a copying suppression working device with adjustable horizontal unit distance is developed,and the overall structure,working principle and design of key components are introduced.The prototype test results show that,the device is suitable for suppressing maize,wheat and other crops before and after sowing,with uniform suppression,high intensity and good effect,and can achieve the functions of raising and preserving moisture,promoting seed germination and seedling preservation.
