摘　　要：目前,我国农村水利基础设施建设正处于加速发展阶段,但农村水利依然处于发展滞后的状态,水利基础设施配套建设不完善已成为制约农村经济发展、阻碍社会进步发展的重要因素。为改变这一现状,梳理农村水利基层服务体系建设路径,从而为广大农村水利工作者提供解决思路。At present,the construction of rural water conservancy infrastructure in China is in the stage of accelerating development,but the development of rural water conservancy has been lagging behind,and the imperfect construction of water conservancy infrastructure has become an important factor restricting the development of rural economy and hindering social progress and development.In order to change this situation,the paper sorts out the construction path of rural water conservancy grass-roots service system,and provides solutions for rural water conservancy workers.
