摘  要:“医无药不行,药无医无用”,中药炮制是连接中医与中药的桥梁,中药饮片的炮制方法和炮制程度直接影响临床疗效。当前中药炮制技术面临“后继乏人,后继乏术”的严重问题,笔者师承全国名老药工姜保生先生,通过跟师学习总结,系统挖掘整理了姜老师6种传统特色炮制技术和经验,可为中药炮制的传承创新实践以及医疗机构临方炮制提供一定的参考。"No doctor can do without medicine,medicine is useless without doctor",traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)processing is a bridge connecting doctor of TCM and TCM.The processing method and degree of TCM decoction pieces directly affect the clinical efficacy.At present,the processing technology of TCM is faced with the serious problem of"lack of successors",the author has been taught by Jiang Baosheng,a famous old medicine worker in China.Through learning and summarizing from teachers,the author systematically excavates Jiang's traditional characteristic processing techniques and experience,which can provide some reference for the inheritance and innovation practice of TCM processing and the processing of temporary prescription in medical institutions.
