摘　　要：癌症严重威胁人类的健康。多吡啶金属配合物具有特殊的几何结构和配位特性,能通过静电相互作用、插层、凹槽结合等方法与DNA、蛋白质等生物大分子结合,表现出较好的抗菌和抗癌活性,也具有特殊的靶向治疗特性。此外,通过改变或修饰配体,可调整配合物的功能,并且能够单独作用在线粒体、溶酶体等细胞器上与特定生物分子相互作用。本文概述了近年来用于癌症治疗的多吡啶金属配合物的研究进展,为新型抗癌药物的研发提供更多思路。Cancer has caused great harm to human health.The targeted therapy strategy of polypyridine metal complexes has a good performance due to its special geometric structure and coordination characteristics,which can be combined with DNA,protein and other biological macromolecules through electrostatic interaction,intercalation,groove binding and other methods,showing good antibacterial and anticancer activities.In addition,by changing the ligands or modifying the ligands,the function of the complexes can be adjusted,and it can act alone on mitochondria,lysosomes and other organelles to interact with specific biomolecules.This article summarized the research progress of polypyridine metal complex drugs for cancer treatment in recent years,in order to provide more ideas for the development of new anticancer drugs.
