雷替曲塞致中毒性表皮坏死松解症一例

摘　　要：49岁女性直肠恶性肿瘤患者,腹腔灌注雷替曲塞后出现红斑、水疱、表皮大面积剥脱,面积达90%以上,诊断为中毒性表皮坏死松解症。给予糖皮质激素、抗组胺药、头孢美唑钠、泮托拉唑等治疗1个月后,患者好转出院,1个月后随访,患者痊愈。A 49-year-old female patient with a rectal malignant tumor presented with erythema,blisters,and extensive exfoliation of the epidermis after an intra-abdominal infusion of raltitrexed.The dignosis of toxic epidermal necrolysis was made.After 1 month of treatment with glucocorticoids,antihistamines,cefmetazole sodium,pantoprazole,etc.,the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital.The patient recovered after 1 month follow-up.
