阴囊A型疣状黄瘤伴高胆固醇血症一例

摘　　要：疣状黄瘤主要累及口腔黏膜,少数病例可累及外阴皮肤。本文报道一例A型疣状黄瘤患者,男,55岁,4年前左侧阴囊出现一粟粒大小粉红色丘疹,且伴有高胆固醇血症,临床罕见。皮损切除术后随访未见复发。Verrucous xanthoma mainly involving oral mucosa,vulvar skin can be affected in a few cases.We report a 55-year-old man presented with a millet-sized pink papule on the left scrotum for 4 years,with hypercholesterolemia.No recurrence was found during follow-up after excision of the skin lesions.
