摘　　要：日光性角化病的治疗包括冷冻治疗、激光与微波治疗等,针对大面积皮损,光动力疗法是一种更有效的疗法。本文报道一例76岁女性日光性角化病患者,头皮皮损面积较大,使用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗6次,皮损基本消退,辅以局部冷冻治疗2次,随访9个月余未复发。The treatment for actinic keratosis include cryotherapy,laser and microwave therapy,topical application of fluorouracil cream,etc.Photodynamic therapy is a more effective therapy for large area lesions.Herein,we report a 76-year-old female with solar keratosis with large scalp lesions was treated with 5-amino-ketovaleric acid photodynamic therapy for 6 times,the lesions basically subsided,supplemented with local cryotherapy for 2 times,and no recurrence was reported after 9 months follow-up.
