摘 要:高炉休风复风后炉况的快速恢复,既直接影响高炉的产量和能耗,又对高炉炉况的持续稳定顺行具有重要意义。文章对武钢8号高炉年修后复风过程及炉况快速恢复进行了总结,通过科学制定休复风方案、细化操作和过程管理等措施,为炉况快速恢复奠定了基础。生产实验验证:炉况恢复时间大大缩短,并且开炉后取得了较好的冶炼效果。The rapid recovery of the blast furnace condition after the shutdown and resumption of wind not only directly affects the production and energy consumption of the blast furnace,but also has important significance for the continuous and stable operation of the blast furnace condition.The article summarizes the process of re blowing and the rapid recovery of furnace conditions after the annual repair of A certain blast furnace.Through scientifically formulating a plan for re blowing,refining operations,and implementing process management measures,a foundation has been laid for the rapid recovery of furnace conditions.Production experiment verification:The recovery time of the furnace condition is greatly reduced,and good smelting effect is achieved after the furnace is opened.
