摘 要:为了提升建筑能效和居住舒适度,本文通过介绍基于轻钢骨架复合保温墙体的建筑气密性做法,详细分析了气密性材料的选择与气密层设计、基础部位气密性控制与墙板气密性控制的技术要点。文章提出了通过优化材料组合和设计策略,实现建筑气密性提升的有效方法。研究结果表明:采用轻钢骨架复合保温墙体的建筑在气密性方面表现优异,能够有效阻止空气渗入,降低能耗,提高室内环境质量。In order to improve building energy efficiency and residential comfort,this article introduces the airtightness method of building based on light steel skeleton composite insulation walls,and analyzes in detail the selection of airtightness materials and the design of airtightness layers,as well as the technical points of airtightness control for foundation parts and wall panels.The article proposes an effective method to improve building airtightness by optimizing material combinations and design strategies.The research results indicate that buildings using lightweight steel skeleton composite insulation walls exhibit excellent air tightness,effectively preventing air infiltration,reducing energy consumption,and improving indoor environmental quality.
