摘　　要：为全面深化建筑行业的绿色发展,以某地区大型科研教学楼项目为例,开展绿色建筑的结构设计及施工研究。对试点工程项目的基本情况进行分析,在掌握建筑工程项目的技术经济指标、主要功能分区的基础上,分析结构设计特点,并根据屋顶绿化率标准,进行屋顶绿化设计施工;将建筑物的朝向、周围环境及功能需求作为参照,进行绿色建筑采光布置、自然通风与节能施工。最后,通过实践检验证明了设计的技术方案在完成施工后应用效果良好,此建筑可以达到或满足绿色设计标准。In order to comprehensively deepen the green development of the construction industry,a large-scale scientific research and teaching building project in a certain region was taken as an example to carry out structural design and construction research on green buildings.Analyze the basic situation of pilot engineering projects,based on mastering the technical and economic indicators and main functional zoning of building engineering projects,analyze the structural design characteristics,and carry out roof greening design and construction according to the roof greening rate standards;Using the orientation,surrounding environment,and functional requirements of the building as a reference,carry out green building lighting layout,natural ventilation,and energy-saving construction.Finally,it has been proven through practical testing that the des-igned technical solution has a good application effect after completion of construction,and this building can meet or meet green design standards.
