摘  要:现毕节市大方县六龙豆干制作坊炉灶大多为传统的单灶或双灶并立靠墙排放,这种传统炉灶在煤炭燃烧过程中有部分热量随着实心炉壁吸热再散热流失,部分热量随着炉灶烟道废气排放流失,致使煤炭燃烧有效利用率仅仅达到60%左右。为热量回收利用,对炉灶结构进行改良,设计出一种绿色、健康、多功能的豆干制作炉灶。炉灶为豆干作坊提供三个区域的烘干功能和一个暖水箱功能,能根据豆干不同的湿度选择相应温度的烘干区域。此外,还能为工作人员长期提供温水,降低了豆干制品的制造成本。At present,most of the stoves in Dafang County of Bijie City are traditional single or double stoves,and the stoves are installed against the wall.In the process of coal combustion,part of the heat of the traditional furnace is lost with the heat absorption of the solid furnace wall,and part of the heat is lost with the exhaust gas discharge of the furnace mouth,resulting in the effective utilization rate of coal combustion is only about 60%.In order to recover and utilize the lost combustion energy,the structure of the furnace was improved,and a green,healthy and multifunctional bean dry furnace was designed.The furnace provides three drying areas and a warm water tank for dried tofu of varying humidity.In addition,it can provide workers with warm water for a long time,reducing the manufacturing cost of dried bean products.
