摘 要:随着城市化进程的加速,高层建筑成为现代城市发展的重要标志,但其火灾风险也相应增加。系统性地探讨了高层建筑火灾的特点,包括快速蔓延、疏散困难、人员密集和扑救难度大等。针对这些特点,提出了建筑防火技术在高层建筑设计中的应用流程与方法,包括火灾风险评估、设计阶段的火灾模拟、防火分区设计和配备消防设施等。最后,系统地总结了建筑防火技术在高层建筑设计中的应用要点,包括材料选择、设计合理的疏散通道、定期维护检查。这些方法的综合应用能够有效降低高层建筑火灾风险,保障人员生命财产安全,对高层建筑设计具有重要的指导意义。With the acceleration of urbanization,high-rise buildings have become important symbols of modern urban development,but their fire risk has also increased accordingly.This paper systematically discusses the characteristics of high-rise building fires,including rapid spread,difficulty of evacuation,high population density,and difficulty of firefighting.In response to these characteristics,the application process and methods of building fire prevention technology in high-rise building design have been proposed,including fire risk assessment,fire simulation at the design stage,fire compartment design,and provision of firefighting facilities.Finally,the paper systematically summarizes the key points of applying building fire prevention technology in high-rise building design,including material selection,designing reasonable evacuation routes,and regular maintenance and inspection.The comprehensive application of these methods can effectively reduce the fire risk of high-rise buildings,safeguarding the safety of personnel and property,and providing important guidance for high-rise building design.
