摘  要:抗体作为免疫系统的主要效应分子,在抵御病原体感染和疾病发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。抗体不仅可以通过直接中和病原体保护机体免受感染,还可以通过调节免疫细胞的活动和参与炎症反应等机制发挥多种免疫调节功能。随着对抗体工程与抗体药物研究的不断深入,工程化改造抗体成为治疗疾病的重要手段之一。特异性和亲和力等特性是抗体生物学的基础,选择合适的改造策略是加速新型抗体药物研发和解决感染性疾病难治的有效途径。为更全面了解抗体在免疫系统的功能机制,本文将综述抗体工程在感染与免疫中的研究进展,为开发新的疾病治疗手段提供参考。Antibodies,as the main effector molecules of the immune system,play a crucial role in resisting pathogen infection and disease development.Antibodies not only protect the body from infection by directly neutralizing pathogens,but also serve a variety of immune regulation functions by regulating the activity of immune cells and participating in inflammatory responses.With the deepening research into antibody engineering and antibody drugs,engineering antibodies have become one of the important means to treat diseases.The characteristics of specificity and affinity are the basis of antibody biology.Choosing appropriate modification strategies is an effective way to accelerate the development of new antibody drugs and deal with difficultto-treat infectious diseases.In order to deepen the understanding of the functional mechanism of antibodies in the immune system,this paper reviewed the progress of antibody engineering in the study of infections and immunity,providing a reference for the development of new disease treating methods.
