摘 要:随着城市化的发展和产业升级,城市中老旧区域和工业遗址需要适应现代城市的发展需求,旧工业设施的改造成为城市更新中的关键环节。在快速城市化的大背景下,许多老旧建筑亟需改建以适应现代化城市的发展需求,同时保护其历史和文化价值成为挑战。本文通过以“盐城市20203201宗地(原肉联厂地块)文创项目”改建项目为案例,从项目的历史背景到未来展望,再到设计方案的落地,提供了一个全面深入的研究路径。通过项目实证研究和案例分析,旨在为工业遗产的保护和城市空间的可持续发展提供重要的理论和实践指导。With the development of urbanization and industrial upgrading,old areas and industrial sites in cities need to adapt to the development needs of modern cities,and the transformation of old industrial facilities has become a key link in urban renewal.In the context of rapid urbanization,many old buildings need to be renovated urgently to meet the development needs of modern cities,while protecting their historical and cultural values has become a challenge.This article provides a comprehensive and in-depth research path through the case of the "Yancheng 20203201 Land(formerly Meat Union Factory plot) Cultural and Creative Project" renovation project,from the historical background of the project to the future prospects,and then to the implementation of the design scheme.Through project empirical research and case analysis,the aims is to provide important theoretical and practical guidance for the protection of industrial heritage and the sustainable development of urban space.
