摘 要:仓储网络优化是大型电力企业,面对市场化浪潮,加强供应链韧性、压降资源占用、稳定盈利能力的重要手段。当前业内大型企业存在着库供物资配置不均匀、库点选址过于集中、网络规划非体系化等问题,本文以某企业仓储网络运营现状为案例,基于SKU函数构建电力物资仓储网络CXY模型,并结合物流配送目标提出改良算法,求解出了在现有仓储网络改动最少的前提下,资源配置最优的策略方案。Storage network optimization is an important means for large power enterprises to strengthen supply chain resilience,reduce resource occupancy,and stabilize profitability in the face of market-oriented trends.At present,large enterprises in the industry have problems such as uneven allocation of warehouse supplies,concentrated location selection of storage points,and unsystematic network planning.This article takes the current situation of storage network operation of a certain enterprise as an example,constructs a CXY model of power supplies storage network based on SKU function,and proposes an improved algorithm combined with logistics distribution objectives and also solve the optimal resource allocation strategy with minimal changes to the existing storage network.
