摘  要:本文以湘潭市杨梅洲特大斜拉桥为工程背景,对桥面吊机提升施工工艺进行了分析,包括施工流程、桥面吊机参数与布置、提升工况分析、前支点加强及后锚点结构设计,阐述了动静载试验、提升施工步骤、提升关键结构件应力监测等提升过程控制要点;提出了梁段悬臂拼装线形控制措施,为类似工程的钢桥提升与悬臂拼装提供借鉴。This article takes the Yangmeizhou Extra Large Cable stayed Bridge in Xiangtan City as the engineering background,and analyzes the construction technology of the bridge deck crane lifting,including the construction process,parameters and layout of the bridge deck crane,analysis of lifting conditions,strengthening of the front support point and design of the rear anchor point structure.It elaborates on the key control points of the lifting process,such as dynamic and static load tests,lifting construction steps,and stress monitoring of key structural components;The linear control measures for cantilever erection of beam segments are put forward,which can provide reference for steel bridge lifting and cantilever erection in similar projects.
