摘 要:本研究旨在减弱采场溜井开挖过程对溜井的破坏,提高溜井使用年限,保障矿山安全生产。针对衬砌结构受力特性,探明产生破坏的影响因素,研发新型抗拉式衬砌装置,开展传统衬砌结构与新型抗拉式衬砌装置受力性能差异性试验,优选注浆加固模型工况,监测混凝土强度变化、径向位移等力学参数。研究结果表明:新型抗拉式衬砌结构中钢筋可有效分担应力,减少混凝土所受载荷,增强衬砌结构力学性能;模拟注浆围岩可将衬砌结构所受应力转移至围岩区域,提高衬砌结构承载能力,试验研究结果表明抗拉式衬砌结构的各方面性能均优于传统衬砌结构;新型抗拉式衬砌结构与塑性圈围岩注浆联合支护装置可同时实现内部加固、外部支撑、柔性让压三个功能。This research aims to reduce the damage to the ore pass during the mining process,increase the service life of the ore pass and ensure the safety of mine production.According to the mechanical characteristics of the lining structure,the influencing factors of failure were investigated,a new tensile lining device was developed,the mechanical performance difference test between the traditional lining structure and the new tensile lining device was carried out,the model conditions of grouting reinforcement were optimized,and mechanical parameters such as the change of concrete strength and radial displacement were monitored.The results show that the reinforcement in the new tensile lining structure can effectively share the stress,reduce the load on concrete and enhance the mechanical properties of the lining structure.The simulated grouting surrounding rock can transfer the stress of the lining structure to the surrounding rock area and improve the bearing capacity of the lining structure.The experimental results show that the tensile lining structure has better performance than the traditional lining structure in all aspects.The new tensile lining structure and plastic ring surrounding rock grouting combined support device can realize three functions of internal reinforcement,external support and flexible pressure relief at the same time.
