摘 要:研究围绕预紧设计对轴承性能及寿命的影响展开,通过理论分析、实验研究和优化设计,系统地探讨了预紧力对轴承刚度、摩擦力矩和寿命的具体影响。首先介绍了预紧力的定义、分类及其在轴承中的应用,提出预紧力对提高轴承性能的重要性。通过实验设计,设定了不同的预紧力水平,并进行了刚度、摩擦力矩及寿命测试。结果表明,适当的预紧力能够显著提高轴承的刚度和寿命,但过高的预紧力会增加摩擦力矩,从而对轴承性能产生负面影响。本研究研究结果为实际工程应用提供了科学依据,并指出了未来进一步研究的方向,包括在不同类型轴承和更复杂工作条件下的应用,以及预紧设计在其他机械元件中的潜力。This study focuses on the impact of preload design on bearing performance and life.Through theoretical analysis,experimental research,and optimization design,the specific effects of preload force on stiffness,friction torque,and life of bearing are systematically explored.Firstly,the definition,classification,and application of preload force in bearings are introduced,and the importance of preload force in improving bearing performance is put forward.Through experimental design,different levels of preload are set,and stiffness,friction torque,and life tests are conducted.The results show that proper preload can significantly improve the stiffness and life of the bearing,but excessive preload will increase the friction torque,which will have a negative impact on the bearing performance.This study provides a scientific basis for practical engineering applications and points out the directions for further research in the future,including applications in different types of bearings and more complex working conditions,as well as the potential of preload design in other mechanical components.
