专利视角下旅游业新质生产力的理论框架与提升策略

摘　　要：新质生产力为旅游业高质量发展注入强劲动力,科技创新是发展旅游业新质生产力的核心要素。文章基于专利视角,构建专利视角下旅游业新质生产力的理论框架,总结专利视角下旅游业新质生产力的现状特征,并从劳动者、劳动对象和劳动资料角度提出旅游业新质生产力的提升策略。研究认为,旅游业新质生产力是旅游业新质劳动者、新质劳动对象、新质劳动资料及其优化组合构成,在融合化、科技化趋势下,旅游业劳动者、劳动对象、劳动资料的界限呈现模糊化特征;专利所蕴含的技术创新有助于传统旅游业生产力改造升级,变革旅游业的生产方式和旅游者的消费行为,是旅游业新质生产力的重要表征;专利表征的旅游业新质生产力水平持续增长,但也亟待优化结构、提升质量。文章对于深化旅游业新质生产力理论、促进旅游业科技创新具有参考价值。New quality productivity injects strong impetus into the high-quality development of tourism,and scientific and technological innovation is the core element for developing new quality productivity in tourism.This study constructs a theoretical framework of the new quality productivity of tourism from the perspective of patent,summarizes the current characteristics of the new quality productivity of tourism from the perspective of patent,and puts forward the promotion strategy of the new quality productivity of tourism from the perspectives of workers,labor objects and labor materials.This study has the following findings.The new quality productivity of tourism is composed of new quality workers,new quality labor objects,new quality labor materials and their optimal combination.Under the trend of integration and technology,the boundaries of tourism workers,labor objects and labor materials are blurred.The technological innovations in patents can help to transform and upgrade the traditional tourism productivity,change the production mode of tourism and the consumption behavior of tourists,which is an important indicator of the new quality productivity of tourism.The level of new quality productivity of tourism represented by patents has been growing,but it is also urgent to optimize the structure and improve the quality.This article has reference value for deepening the theory of new quality productivity and promoting technological innovation in tourism.
