长强和承山穴刺络拔罐用于混合痔术后镇痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察长强、承山穴刺络拔罐用于混合痔术后的镇痛效果。方法:选取2023年9月至2024年1月,本院收治的140例重度混合痔手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组在术后1d、3d和5d,采用长强、承山穴刺络拔罐治疗,对照组术后采用氨酚曲马多片口服治疗。观察比较2组术后疼痛程度及不良反应情况。结果:观察组术后1d、3d和5d的疼痛缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛开始时间晚于对照组,疼痛消失时间和首次排便时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后采用长强、承山穴刺络拔罐能取得良好的镇痛效果,并可减少不良反应的发生,该方法操作简便,费用低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Chan-gqiang and Chengshan for mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods Total 140 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Changqiang and Chengshan on the 1st,3rd and 5th days after operation,while the control group was treated with acetamin-ophen tramal tablet orally after operation.The degree of postoperative pain and adverse reactions were ob-served and compared between the two groups.Results The pain relief rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of pain in the observation group was later than that in the control group,and the time for pain relief and the first defecation were both earlier than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Changqiang and Chengshan for mixed hem-orrhoids after operation can achieve good analgesic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.This method is simple,low cost and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
