布地奈德联合微波热凝治疗慢性咽炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合微波热凝治疗慢性咽炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月某院收治的80例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以布地奈德吸入气雾剂治疗,观察组予以布地奈德吸入气雾剂联合微波热凝治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。比较两组患者的炎症因子、症状总积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者白介素-2(IL-2)水平高于对照组,白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合微波热凝治疗慢性咽炎的疗效显著,可有效减轻患者炎症反应,缓解症状,且不增加不良反应发生风险,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with microwave coagulation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with bronchial pharyngitis treated in a hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and assigned to the control group and observation group by random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation aerosol,and the observation group with budesonide inhalation aerosol combined with microwave coagulation.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The inflammatory factors,total symptom score,clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the level of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with microwave coagulation is effective for chronic pharyngitis with effectively alleviated inflammatory response and relieved symptoms but no additional risks of adverse reactions,thus the treatment is worthy of clinical reference.
