摘　　要：目的探讨河南省人民医院京外麻醉科专科护士临床教学建设基地教学效果。方法根据《中华护理学会麻醉科专科护士培训临床实践手册》,结合前期学员需求和基地专科特色,制定个体化带教方案,对教学效果进行调查分析。结果2020-11—2023-12共接收培训班学员41名,考核均合格,学员对基地满意度平均值为98.93%。结论针对中华护理学会麻醉科专科护士培训班学员,基地教学取得了较好的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the clinical teaching construction base for nurse specialists in anesthesiology in Henan Provincial People's Hospital outside of Beijing.Methods According to the Clinical Practice Manual of Nurse Specialists in Anesthesiology Training of Chinese Nursing Association,combined with the preliminary trainee demand and the base's specialty characteristics,we formulated an individualized teaching program,and investigated and analyzed the teaching effect.Results A total of 41 trainees were accepted for training courses from 2020-11—2023-12,all of whom passed the assessment,with an average satisfaction rate of 98.93 percent for the base.Conclusion For the trainees of Chinese Nursing Association Nurse Specialists in Anesthesiology Training Course,the base's teaching has achieved better teaching effect.
