摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,医院业务的连续性越来越依赖信息系统的稳定运行。为了提高医院应对信息系统突发故障事件的处置能力,中山大学附属第六医院借助工具开展灾害脆弱性分析,精准识别出医院信息系统可能面临的高危风险事件,按照风险事件发生后果的严重程度进行排序。结合医院的实际情况建立应急管理组织架构,制订可操作、可执行的应急预案并实施应急演练,不断改进和完善应急预案,建立了一套有效的信息系统故障应急管理体系。本文分享了医院在信息系统故障应急管理体系建设的经验和成果,可为其他医疗机构的应急管理工作提供参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of information technology,the continuity of hospital business increasingly relies on the stable operation of information systems.In order to improve the hospital's ability to respond to sudden information system failures,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University uses tools to conduct hazard vulnerability analysis,accurately identifying high-risk risk events that the hospital's information system may face,and ranking them according to the severity of the consequences of risk events.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,an emergency management organizational structure has been established,operable and executable emergency plans have been developed,and emergency drills have been implemented.The emergency plans have been continuously improved and perfected,and an effective information system failure emergency management system has been established.This article shares the experience and achievements of hospitals in building emergency management systems for information system failures,which can provide reference and inspiration for emergency management work in other medical institutions.
