摘　　要：文章围绕卫生监管执法这一课题,对目前我国卫生监管执法的现状和存在的问题进行了剖析。在保证公众卫生的前提下,卫生监督与执法工作发挥着不可替代的作用。由于种种原因,目前在卫生监督执法工作中还存在不少问题,给卫生事业发展带来了一定的负面影响。首先,根据我国目前的卫生监管与执法现状,简单概括了这一制度;其次重点对卫生监察执法的职权和内容进行了分析;最后对当前的执法状况和存在的问题进行了详细的探讨,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。期望借由此文之初步探讨,能引发学界对此问题的重视与沟通,并对相关理论与实务上之实务工作有所助益。Focusing on the subject of health supervision and law enforcement,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of health supervision and law enforcement in China.On the premise of ensuring public health,health supervision and law enforcement play an irreplaceable role.Due to various reasons,there are still many problems in health supervision and law enforcement,which have brought some negative effects on the development of health undertakings.Firstly,according to the current situation of health supervision and law enforcement in China,this system is briefly summarized;Secondly,the authority and content of health supervision law enforcement are analyzed.Finally,the current law enforcement situation and existing problems are discussed in detail,and on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.It is expected that the preliminary discussion of this article will arouse the attention and communication of the academic circles on this issue,and be helpful to the relevant theoretical and practical work.
