信息化环境下医疗卫生信息管理现状与优化对策

摘　　要：健康是人类生存和发展的基础,它直接关系居民的生存质量和生活幸福感。医疗卫生事业是维护和恢复居民健康的重要手段,其能够通过提供诊断、治疗、康复等服务为居民提供及时有效的医疗救助,帮助居民恢复健康。为促进社会进步,提高医疗质量,减轻高级医院压力,减少医疗资源浪费,近年来,国家对医疗卫生信息化的建设越来越重视。为深入贯彻健康中国战略,认真落实国家和省、市紧密型县域医联体建设推进会的要求,文章对区域信息化环境下医疗卫生信息管理存在的问题逐一分析,并提出优化的对策,为各区域卫生信息化互联互通打下坚实基础。Health is the foundation of human survival and development,and it directly affects the quality of life and happiness of residents.The medical and health industry is an important means of maintaining and restoring the health of residents.It can provide timely and effective medical assistance to residents by providing diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation and other services,and help them recover their health.In order to promote social progress,improve medical quality,reduce the pressure of senior hospitals,and reduce the waste of medical resources,in recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of medical and health information.In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of healthy China and earnestly implement the requirements of the national,provincial and municipal tight county medical union construction and promotion meeting,this paper analyzes the existing problems of medical and health information management under the regional health information environment one by one,and proposes optimization strategies,laying a solid foundation for the interconnection of health information in various regions.
