精细化管理在手术室管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析精细化管理在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年5月—2022年11月莆田九十五医院收治的100例手术患者的病历资料。以2022年1月为时间节点,根据管理方法不同均分为对照组(常规管理)与观察组(精细化管理)。比较2组工作效率、手术质量及手术开台准点率。结果观察组每台手术时间、手术准备时间、手术室接送时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术质量的各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首台择期手术准点率、接台手术准点率分别为92.00%、88.00%,高于对照组的72.00%、66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在手术室中的应用有突出表现,有利于提高手术室运行效率,使手术质量得到有效保障。Objective The application effect of fine management in operating room management was analyzed.Methods The medical records of 100 surgical patients admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Taking January 2022 as the time node,according to different management methods,they were divided into control group(conventional management)and observation group(refined management).The work efficiency,surgical quality and on-time opening rate of the two groups were compared.Results Each operation time,operation preparation time and operating room pick-up time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of surgical quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The punctuality rate of first elective surgeryin the observation group and the on-time rate of docking operation were 92.00%and 88.00%,respectively,which were higher than 72.00%and 66.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in the operating room has outstanding performance,which is conducive to improving the operating efficiency of the operating room,effectively ensuring the quality of surgery.
