静脉用药调配中心提高药品调配工作质量和效率的方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉用药调配中心提高药品调配工作质量和效率的方法。方法对山东大学齐鲁医院2022年1—12月静脉用药调配中心药品调配方法进行研究,2022年1—6月使用常规的药品调配管理(对照组),2022年7—12月加强关于药品调配人员技能培训,对药物不同调配方法进行改进管理(研究组),均选择15名药品调配人员。对2组静脉药物的调配错误率、损耗率、药品调配工作质量进行观察。结果研究组调配错误率、损耗率分别为0.63%、0.63%,低于对照组的5.00%、5.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员素质、调配技巧、人员配置评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化药品调配人员调配技能,明确岗位职责以及操作规程能够从整体上降低药品调配错误率、损耗率,提升药品调配工作质量。Objective To explore the methods of improving the quality and efficiency of drug dispensing in intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods The drug dispensing method of intravenous drug dispensing center in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January to December 2022 was studied.From January to June 2022,conventional drug dispensing management(control group)was used;from July to December 2022,skills training for drug dispensing personnel was strengthened,and different drug dispensing methods was improved and managed(research group).The 15 drug dispensers were selected in both group.The dispensing error rate,loss rate and dispensing quality of intravenous drugs in 2 groups were observed.Results The allocation error rate and loss rate of the research group were 0.63%and 0.63%,respectively,which were lower than 5.00%and 5.63%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff quality,deployment skills and staffing in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the deployment skills of drug dispensing personnel and clarifying job responsibilities and operating procedures in drug dispensing management can reduce the error rate and loss rate of drug dispensing on the whole,and improve the quality of drug dispensing work.
