健骨丸治疗骨质疏松性周身痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健骨丸治疗骨质疏松性周身痛的效果及对骨代谢等影响。方法选取南京中医药大学附属医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的92例胸腰椎压缩性骨折伴有骨质疏松性周身痛患者作为研究对象。基于随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。其中对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规+健骨丸治疗。比较2组患者疼痛、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平及骨代谢等改善情况以及用药安全性。结果2组患者经治疗后疼痛均减轻,观察组治疗后1、2个月疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的中医证候(腰背疼痛、下肢疼痛、腰脊酸软、行走无力)积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组患者的白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)分别为(4.41±1.13)pg/mL、(5.05±1.12)ng/mL和(6.11±2.42)ng/mL,低于对照组的(6.05±1.08)pg/mL、(7.96±1.51)ng/mL和(8.82±2.71)ng/mL(P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组患者骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)为(4.19±0.37)μg/L,高于对照组的(3.45±0.26)μg/L;碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)为(82.91±6.28)U/L,低于对照组的(105.37±8.72)U/L(P<0.05)。2组患者用药期间未见不良反应,用药安全可靠。结论在骨质疏松性周身痛治疗中,健骨丸可以有效减轻疼痛程度,降低炎症因子水平及改善中医证候积分,具有显著的综合效果,体现了《中医药防治原发性骨质疏松症专家共识》的临床参考。Objective To Explore the therapeutic effect of Jiangu Pills on osteoporotic peripheral pain and its impact on bone metabolism.Methods A total of 92 patients with thoracolumbra and lumbar compression fractures accompanied by osteoporotic peripheral pain admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received"routine+Jiangu Pills"treatment.The improvement of pain,TCM syndrome score,inflammation level,bone metabolism and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The pain of both groups was alleviated after treatment,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 and 2 months after treatment(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(lower back pain,lower limb pain,lumbar spine soreness,and walking weakness)of the observation group patients after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the performance of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group was(4.41±1.13)pg/mL,(5.05±1.12)ng/mL and(6.11±2.42)ng/mL,respectively,whichwaslowerthan(6.05±1.08)pg/mL,(7.96±1.51)ng/mL and(8.82±2.71)ng/mL of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,bone gla protein(BGP)in observation group was(4.19±0.37)μg/L,which was higher than(3.45±0.26)μg/L in control group.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)was(82.91±6.28)U/L,lower than(105.37±8.72)U/L in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in 2 groups during medication,and the medication was safe and reliable.Conclusion In the treatment of osteoporotic peripheral pain,Jiangu Pills can effectively reduce the degree of pain,lower inflammatory levels,and improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.It has a significant comprehensive effect,reflecting
