摘　　要：目的探讨在无偿献血者招募工作中应用优质献血服务的效果。方法选取青岛市中心血站2022年3月—2023年3月的300名无偿献血者。将献血者随机分为对照组(n=150)与观察组(n=150)。对照组接受传统献血服务,而观察组则接受优质献血服务。比较2组献血知识水平评分、满意度评分、献血动机评分、献血后留观时间以及献血者保留率、血液合格率等指标。结果观察组献血知识水平评分为(74.5±10.6)分、满意度评分为(44.7±4.3)分、献血动机评分为(41.8±5.4)分,高于对照组的(66.2±11.8)分、(38.6±3.2)分、(37.2±6.2)分,献血后留观时间为(11.6±2.4)min,短于对照组的(15.3±3.2)min(P<0.05);观察组献血者保留率为50.67%、血液合格率为99.33%,高于对照组的38.00%、94.00%(P<0.05)。结论在无偿献血者招募工作中应用优质献血服务能够提高献血者的献血知识水平评分、满意度评分和献血动机评分,缩短献血后观察时间。此外,优质献血服务对于提升献血者的献血体验、促进献血者的保留以及提高血液质量都具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality blood donation services in the recruitment of voluntary blood donors.Methods A total of 300 unpaid blood donors were selected from Qingdao Blood Center from March 2022 to March 2023.Blood donors were randomly divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=150).The control group received traditional blood donation services,while the observation group received high-quality blood donation services.Blood donation knowledge score,satisfaction score,blood donation motivation score,observation time after blood donation,blood donor retention rate,blood qualification rate and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of blood donation knowledge,satisfaction and blood donation motivation of the observation group were(74.5±10.6)points,(44.7±4.3)points and(41.8±5.4)points,which were higher than(66.2±11.8)points,(38.6±3.2)points and(37.2±6.2)points of the control group.The observation time after blood donation was(11.6±2.4)min,which was shorter than(15.3±3.2)min in control group(P<0.05).The retention rate of blood donors in the observation group was 50.67%and the qualified rate of blood was 99.33%,which was higher than 38.00%and 94.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality blood donation services in the recruitment of unpaid blood donors can improve the level of blood donation knowledge score,satisfaction score,and motivation of blood donors score,and shorten the observation time after blood donation.In addition,high-quality blood donation services are of great significance for improving the blood donation experience of donors,promoting their retention,and improving blood quality.
