摘　　要：本文阐述了古代九针中的针具鍉针,在医学临床中的应用。鍉针在经历了改良过后逐渐发展为火鍉针,磁鍉针,电鍉针等医疗器具后,广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿、五官、骨伤等临床各科,所涉及的病种也十分广泛,对临床特种针具的研究对于丰富中医外治法具有重要意义。This article elaborates on the application of the needle tool in medical clinical practice in ancient nine needles.After undergoing improvements,acupuncture has gradually developed into medical devices such as fire acupuncture,magnetic acupuncture,and electric acupuncture.It has been widely used in various clinical departments such as internal and external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,facial features,and bone injuries,involving a wide range of diseases.The study of clinical special acupuncture devices is of great significance for enriching the external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
