摘　　要：目的检索国内静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)洁净环境研究的相关文献,分析研究现状及问题,为提升PIVAS洁净环境、促进成品输液质量提升提供参考。方法以主题词、题名、关键词或常用字段检索2010—2022年收录在中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中与PIVAS洁净环境研究相关的文献,运用Excel软件记录文献基本特征,运用CiteSpace 6.2.2软件绘制作者和关键词可视化知识图谱并进行分析。结果中文文献共检索出750篇,纳入分析274篇,其中北大核心期刊文章占比17.52%(48篇)。文献研究方向主要为质量控制、感染管理、洁净环境监测等,发文作者集中于江苏、广东、河南等省份,第一作者多为主管护师(22.86%)。结论近年来PIVAS洁净环境相关研究发文量总体平稳但研究型论文发文量呈上升趋势,先进便捷的环境监测技术是未来重点研究方向。Objective Relevant literatures on clean environment of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in China were searched and the research status and problems were analyzed,so as to provide reference for improving clean environment of PIVAS and promoting quality improvement of finished infusion.Methods The PIVAS environmental research literatures collected in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database,China Biology Medicine disc from 2010 to 2022 were searched by subject term,title,keyword or common field retrieval method.Excel software was used to summarize literature features,and CiteSpace 6.2.2 software was used to draw and analyze the visual knowledge map of authors and keywords.Results A total of 750 Chinese literatures were retrieved and 274 were included in the analysis,among which the number of articles in the core journals of Peking University accounted for 17.52%(48 articles).The main research fields of the literature included infection management,clean environment,environmental monitoring,etc.The authors were mainly from Jiangsu,Guangdong,Henan and other provinces,and most of the first authors were in charge of nurses(22.86%).Conclusion The number of published papers in literatures related to clean environment in PIVAS is generally stable,but the number of research papers is on the rise.Advanced and convenient environmental monitoring technology is the key research direction in the future.
