摘 要:目的探讨绝经期女性肾功能与性激素、血脂代谢的相关性。方法选取2021年8月至2023年7月在郑州市第二人民医院接受检查的绝经期女性100例作为研究对象,根据其肾小球滤过率(eGFR)分为肾功能正常组(63例)和肾功能受损组(37例),检测两组血清性激素(雌二醇、卵泡刺激素)和血脂代谢(空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平,并分析其与肾功能的相关性。结果肾功能损伤组血清卵泡刺激素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于正常组,雌二醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于正常组(P<0.05);Spearman等级相关性检验显示绝经期女性血清雌二醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与肾功能呈正相关,卵泡刺激素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与肾功能呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均为绝经期女性肾功能的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论绝经期女性性激素水平紊乱、血脂代谢异常与肾功能下降相关。Objective To explore the correlation between renal function and sex hormones,blood lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 100 menopausal women undergoing examinations in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital were enrolled as the research objects between August 2021 and July 2023.According to estimated glomerular filtration rate(GFR),they were divided into normal group(63 cases)and impaired renal function group(37 cases).The levels of serum sex hormones(estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone)and blood lipid metabolism(fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol)in both groups were detected,and their correlation with renal function was analyzed.Results The levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in impaired renal function group were higher than those in normal group,while levels of estradiol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower than those in normal group(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation test showed that serum estradiol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol were positively correlated with renal function,while follicle-stimulating hormone and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were negatively correlated with it(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were all independent influencing factors of renal function in postmenopausal women(P<0.05).Conclusion The disordered sex hormones and abnormal blood lipid metabolism are correlated with declined renal function in postmenopausal women.
