除痹汤熏洗治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的效果  

Effect of Chubi Decoction Fumigation in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis of Cold-Dampness Obstruction Type

摘　　要：目的探究除痹汤熏洗治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的效果。方法按照简单随机法将洛阳市中医院骨科2020年12月至2022年12月收治的102例类风湿关节炎患者分为对照组51例和试验组51例。其中对照组患者接受常规西医疗法,试验组接受常规西医疗法联合除痹汤熏洗进行治疗。分析对比两组治疗前和治疗12周后的中医证候积分、炎症反应、治疗有效率、28个关节疾病活动度(DAS28)以及健康评估问卷(HAQ)。结果治疗12周后,试验组患者中医证候积分以及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);治疗12周后,试验组患者DAS28、HAQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论除痹汤熏洗治疗可缓解症状、炎症反应,提高治疗有效率,促进健康状态,具有临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of Chubi decoction fumigation in treating rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods According to the simple randomization method,a total of 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in department of orthopaedics of Luoyang Hospital of TCM from December 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group(51 cases)and experimental group(51 cases).The control group carried out conventional western medicine therapy,while the experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy+Chubi decoction fumigation.TCM syndromes scores,inflammatory indicators,effective rate of treatment,disease activity score in 28 joints(DAS28),and health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)in the two groups were analyzed and compared before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results The scores of TCM syndromes and levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)after 12 weeks of treatment were lower in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in experimental group with 96.08%was higher compared with 82.35%in control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the DAS28 score and HAQ score after 12 weeks of treatment in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chubi decoction fumigation can relieve the syndromes and inflammatory response,enhance the effective rate of treatment,and promote the health status,and it has clinical significance.
