盲插鼻肠管在ICU脑外伤患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究与观察盲插鼻肠管在ICU脑外伤患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生的影响.方法:选取我院2019年2月—2021年3月收治的100例ICU脑外伤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用鼻胃管治疗,观察组采用盲插鼻肠管治疗,每组50例.比较2组患者治疗前后的营养指标及并发症发生情况.结果:治疗前,2组营养指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周及2周后,观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组腹泻、恶心呕吐及胃潴留并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:盲插鼻肠管在ICU脑外伤患者中的应用效果较好,有助于改善机体营养状态,减少并发症的发生,在ICU脑外伤患者中的应用价值较高.Objective:To explore and observe the application effect of blind naso-intestinal tube in ICU patients with brain trauma and its influence on complications.Methods:100 patients with brain trauma in ICU admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group received nasogastric tube treatment,and the observation group received blind nasogastric tube treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The nutritional indexes and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in nutritional indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of albumin,prealbumin and transferrin in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,nausea,vomiting and gastric retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of blind naso-intestinal tube in ICU patients with brain trauma is good,which is helpful to improve the nutritional status of the body and reduce the occurrence of complications,and the application value is high in ICU patients with brain trauma.
