摘 要:目的:分析中医健康教育在四肢骨折康复护理干预中的应用效果.方法:选择2021年1月—2023年4月江西省全南县人民医院收治的62例四肢骨折患者为研究对象.根据随机分组法将研究对象分为常规组和研究组,各31例.常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上增加中医健康教育干预,比较2组患者的护理满意度、生活质量、自我护理能力、睡眠质量、自我管理能力、心理健康状况及健康知识掌握程度等.结果:干预后,研究组心理健康状况、睡眠质量评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、自我护理能力、护理满意度、生活质量水平评分均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在四肢骨折患者康复护理干预中应用中医健康教育,有助于改善患者心理健康状况、睡眠质量及生活质量,提升其健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、自我护理能力及护理满意度.Objective:To analyze the application effect of TCM health education in rehabilitation nursing intervention of limbs fracture.Methods:62 patients with limb fracture in the Quarphou people's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random grouping method,the subjects were divided into a conventional group and a research group,with 31 cases each.Conventional nursing intervention was used in the routine group,and TCM health education intervention was added in the research group on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,quality of life,self-care ability,sleep quality,self-management ability,mental health status and health knowledge mastery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of mental health status and sleep quality in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of health knowledge mastery,self-management ability,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM health education in the rehabilitation nursing intervention of patients with limb fracture is helpful to improve their mental health status,sleep quality and life quality,and enhance their health knowledge mastery,self-management ability,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
