腰部推拿配合八段锦练习治疗产后腰痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究腰部推拿配合八段锦练习对产后腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月福建中医药大学附属康复医院盆底(产后)康复科及推拿科收治的60例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为推拿组(30例)和推拿+八段锦组(30例)。推拿组采用腰部推拿进行治疗,推拿+八段锦组采用腰部推拿加八段锦练习的方法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果推拿+八段锦组患者的总有效率高于推拿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。推拿+八段锦组患者治疗后的ODI评分低于推拿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰部推拿配合八段锦练习可有效减轻产后腰痛患者的疼痛,对促进产后腰痛患者恢复有重要作用,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbar massage with Ba Duan Jin exercise on patients with postpartum lumbago.Methods A total of sixty patients with postpartum lumbago admitted to the Department of Pelvic Floor(Postpartum)Rehabilitation and the Department of Massage of the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the massage group(30 cases)and the massage+Ba Duan Jin group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The massage group was treated with lumbar massage,and the massage+Ba Duan Jin group was treated with lumbar massage and Ba Duan Jin exercises.The clinical efficacy and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the massage+Ba Duan Jin group was higher than that of the massage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI scores of the massage+Ba Duan Jin group was lower than those of the massage group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lumbar massage with Ba Duan Jin exercises can effectively reduce the pain of postpartum lumbar pain patients and play an important role in promoting the recovery of postpartum lumbar pain patients,which is worth promoting.
