基于文献计量学的护理文化建设研究进展和热点分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国护理文化建设的研究现状与热点,为相关研究提供参考。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普文献数据库检索自建库至2021年有关护理文化建设文献,通过NoteExpress去除重复发表文献,使用BICOMB进行词频分析。结果从时间分布来看,我国护理文化建设每年发文量总体呈先升后降再升趋势,后期发展速度较慢;对研究文献来源期刊进行统计分析,共得到303种文献来源期刊,平均复合影响因子较低,护理文化建设关注度不高;1042篇文章中有629篇文章是由2人及以上作者共同合作完成,合著率低于自然科学期刊的合著率指标。1042篇文献中,关键词956个,高频关键词23个,通过双向聚类分析结合具体文献将主题词聚为4类,即护理服务品牌化、医院文化与护理文化融合、中医药护理文化建设、护理安全文化。结论我国护理文化建设领域研究数量不断增加,需要加大协同研究和持续研究的力度,提高影响力,紧随医院文化建设发展步伐。Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots of nursing culture construction in China,and provide reference for related research.Methods The literature on nursing culture construction from the establishment of the database to 2021 was retrieved through CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases.The repeated published literature was removed through NoteExpress,and the word frequency was analyzed by BICOMB.Results In terms of time distribution,in our country,the annual output of nursing culture is rising first,then falling,then rising again,The late development speed is slow;through the statistical analysis of the research literature source journals,a total of 303 literature source journals were obtained,the average compound influencing factors were lower,and the attention of nursing culture construction was not high;of the 1042 articles,629 were written by two or more authors,the rate of co-authorship is lower than that of natural science journals.Among the 1042 literatures,there were 956 keywords and 23 high-frequency keywords.The subject words were grouped into 4 categories through two-way clustering analysis combined with specific documents,including the branding of nursing service,the integration of hospital culture and nursing culture,the construction of traditional Chinese medicine nursing culture,and the culture of nursing safety.Conclusion The number of research in the field of nursing culture construction in China is increasing;we need to increase the strength of collaborative research and continuous research,improve the impact,follow the pace of hospital culture development.
