摘　　要：目的构建中医护理质量评价指标体系,为评价中医护理质量提供科学、客观的参考依据。方法基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构为理论架构,通过文献回顾、头脑风暴法、德尔菲法形成中医护理质量评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果纳入25名函询专家,2轮函询的专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.852、0.876,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.136、0.185(P<0.05)。最终确定3项一级指标(结构指标、过程指标、结果指标)、6项二级指标(人才培养、中医护理专业结构占比、辨证施护的能力、中医适宜技术、中医护理临床业务能力考核、中医护理临床实践能力考核)、9项三级指标的中医护理质量评价指标体系。结论本研究构建中医护理质量评价指标体系,研究方法科学,咨询结果可靠,操作性强,可为中医护理质量评价提供参考价值。Objective The evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing quality was constructed to provide scientific and objective reference for the evaluation of TCM nursing quality.Methods Based on the"structure-process-result"three-dimensional quality structure as the theoretical framework,the evaluation index system of TCM nursing quality was formed by literature review,brainstorming and Delphi method,and the weights of indexes at all levels were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results A total of 25 experts were included,and the positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of correspondence were 100%,the coefficients of expert authority were 0.852 and 0.876,and the coefficients of Kendall harmony were 0.136 and 0.185(P<0.05).Finally,TCM nursing quality evaluation index system with 3 first-level indicators(structure indicators,process indicators,outcome indicators),6 second-level indicators(talent training,the proportion of TCM nursing professional structure,the ability of dialectical care,the appropriate technology of TCM,the assessment of TCM nursing clinical practice ability,and the assessment of TCM nursing clinical practice ability)and 9 third-level indicators was determined.Conclusion This study establishes the evaluation index system of TCM nursing quality,with scientific research methods,reliable consulting results and strong operability,which can provide reference value for TCM nursing quality evaluation.
