摘 要:家禽胃肠道含有复杂多样的微生物菌群,对家禽营养吸收和正常发育至关重要,还可诱导免疫应答,防止致病菌在肠道定植和增殖。艾美耳球虫(Eimeria spp.)感染可破坏鸡肠道菌群,促使多种病原体入侵,对鸡的健康和生产构成严重威胁。抗球虫药物对控制球虫病有效,但存在耐药性和鸡肉中药物残留等缺点。探索天然替代药物如益生菌和植物提取物,在不产生耐药性下修复肠道微生物群来控制球虫病具有重要意义。论文探讨了益生菌和植物提取物在防治鸡球虫病中的作用,以期为抗球虫益生菌和植物提取物的研发提供参考。The gastrointestinal tract of poultry harbours a diverse microbial community which is not only essential for nutrient absorption and normal development,but also aids in developing the immune response needed to prevent the colonization and proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the gut.The disruption of the gut environment due to Eimeria spp.infections can cause an imbalance in intestinal homeostasis,driving the increment of pathogens,posing a serious threat to the overall health and productivity of chickens ultimately.Anticoccidial drugs have proven the effectivity in controlling coccidiosis,but there are concerning drawbacks like drug resistance and drug residues in meat.The exploration of natural alternative strategies,such as probiotics and phytobiotics,is significant in controlling coccidiosis through repairing gut microbiota,without inducing drug resistance.In this paper,the effects of probiotics and phytobiotics on the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in chickens were discussed,in order to provide reference for the development of highly effective dietary supplements against coccidiosis.
