摘 要:为评估湖羊口蹄疫母源抗体消长特点及其对羔羊首次疫苗免疫接种的影响,采用阻断ELISA检测了健康妊娠母羊产羔当天的母羊血、初乳和常乳、以及羔羊血中的口蹄疫抗体水平;选取未免疫接种口蹄疫疫苗羔羊,分别于羔羊21日龄和50日龄时,免疫接种口蹄疫灭活疫苗,并检测免疫后不同时间口蹄疫抗体水平。结果显示,羔羊出生0、21、50 d时体内口蹄疫抗体滴度(lb)分别为7.83±0.38、7.06±1.16、6.02±1.20,上述检测时间点的抗体阳性率分别为100%、70%、32%;母羊乳汁中口蹄疫抗体效价随时间缓慢下降,10 d内,平均抗体水平均保持在7以上,且阳性率亦均在80%以上;分析发现母羊血中口蹄疫抗体水平与产后乳汁中的抗体水平不相关,但其与羔羊血清中抗体水平显著相关;母源抗体严重干扰疫苗接种后的免疫抗体水平及持续时间,免疫日龄越早,干扰越严重。羔羊口蹄疫母源抗体水平至少可维持50 d以上,但在70%保护水平时间为21~28 d,且羔羊的母源抗体水平与其相应繁殖母羊生产当天的血清抗体水平呈正相关。To evaluate the fluctuation of maternally derived antibodies(MDA)against foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)and its effects to antibody levels of lambs which were vaccinated firstly.The FMD ELISA kit was used to evaluate the level of FMD antibodies in the sera of healthy pregnant ewes on the day of lambing,colostrum and milk at different times postpartum,and in the sera of their lambs at different times.Lambs which were selected and not immunized with FMD vaccine were immunized with inactivated FMD vaccine at the age of 21 days and 50 days respectively,and the level of FMD antibodies was detected at different times after immunization.The results showed that the average titer(lb)and positive rate of FMD antibodies were 7.83±0.38,7.06±1.16,6.02±1.20,and 100%,70%and 32%on the day of birth,21 d and 50 d,respectively.The titer of FMD antibodies in ewe milk decreased slowly with time,and the average antibody level remained above 7(lb)within 10 days,and the positive rate was above 80%.Further analysis showed that the level of FMD antibodies in the serum of ewes at birth day had no correlation with the level of FMD antibodies in postpartum milk,while it was significantly correlated with the level of FMD antibodies in lamb serum.In the lamb immunization test,it was found that the level and duration of immune antibodies after vaccination would be seriously interfered with the presence of MDA,and the earlier the immunization day of lamb,the more serious the interference.The MDA of lamb can maintain more than 50 days,but the time of 70%positive rate was on 21-28 days,protection level and the level of MDA of the lamb and its corresponding breeding ewes in the production of the serum antibody levels were positively correlated.
