乡村振兴背景下寒地黑土核心区农业产业空间布局研究

摘　　要：农业是国民经济的第一生产力,对农业产业空间进行合理布局和确定区域的农业优势产业有利于土地的集约利用和实现乡村振兴。以绥化市2021年农业总产值和农林牧渔业生产总值为基础数据,运用区位熵、集中系数和结构增速矩阵计算并分析绥化市农业产业空间布局情况,以期为绥化农业产业发展提供参考依据。结果表明:1)绥化市渔业、牧业和种植业是优势产业,其地理集中化程度和专门化程度较高,而林业和农林牧渔服务业在该地相对处于劣势地位;2)绥化市种植业、牧业和渔业属于支柱增长型产业,林业和农林牧渔服务业为支柱衰退型产业;3)绥棱县和庆安县在种植业、林业和渔业均处于优势地位,安达市和肇东市在牧业和渔业方面具有优势,明水县在林业和牧业优势明显,青冈县在牧业和渔业上处于优势地位。绥化市的农业产业空间布局存在明显差异,力求发挥地区优势,建设乳品生猪产业区,大豆、玉米和水稻产业区和特色农产品产业区,加强林业和农林牧渔服务业建设,完善产业集群建设,带动周围地区发展。Agriculture was the primary productive force of the national economy.Reasonable spatial layout of agricultural industries and the identification of regionally advantageous agricultural industries were conducive to intensive land use and the realization of rural revitalization.Based on the data of the total agricultural output value and the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery in Suihua city in 2021,this study used location entropy,concentration coefficient,and structural growth rate matrix to calculate and analyze the spatial layout of agricultural industries in Suihua city,in order to provide reference for the development of agricultural industry in Suihua.The results showed that,1)fishery,animal husbandry,and planting were the dominant industries in Suihua city,with a high degree of geographical concentration and specialization,while forestry and agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery services were relatively disadvantaged in the area.2)Planting,animal husbandry,and fishery in Suihua city belonged to the pillar growth industries,while forestry and agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery services belonged to the pillar decline industries.3)Suiling county and Qing′an county had advantageous positions in planting,forestry,and fishery,Anda city and Zhaodong city had advantages in animal husbandry and fishery,Mingshui county had obvious advantages in forestry and animal husbandry,and Qinggang county had advantages in animal husbandry and fishery.There were significant differences in the spatial layout of agricultural industries in Suihua city.Efforts were made to leverage regional advantages,establish dairy and pig industry zones,soybean,corn,and rice industry zones,and specialty agricultural product industry zones,strengthen forestry and agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery services,improve the construction of industrial clusters,and drive the development of surrounding areas.
