黄瓜根际土壤拮抗菌的鉴定及其防病促生作用

摘　　要：采用细菌形态学观察与16S rDNA-ITS序列比对分析法,对分离自黄瓜根际土壤的拮抗菌IPEP31001进行了鉴定,调查该菌株对黄瓜的促生作用以及对温室盆栽和田间黄瓜白粉病的防效。经鉴定,拮抗菌IPEP31001为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。经该菌发酵液灌根处理后,黄瓜的株高、干鲜重及壮苗指数均显著高于清水对照。防病试验结果显示,该菌发酵液对温室盆栽黄瓜白粉病的防效为66.30%~75.55%,对田间黄瓜白粉病的防效为72.67%~78.46%,与对照药剂枯草芽孢杆菌处理的防效差异不显著。基于上述结果,认为解淀粉芽孢杆菌IPEP31001发酵液对黄瓜的生长具有明显的促进作用,且对黄瓜白粉病有较好的防治效果,具有一定的开发潜力。The antagonistic bacterium s train IPEP31001,isolated from cucumber rhizosphere soil,was identified by morphological analysis and 16S rDNA-ITS sequence comparison.The efficy of IPEP31001 in controlling cucumber powdery mildew and promoting growth was evaluated through the pot and field experiment.The strain IPEP31001 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The pot experiment showed that the control effect of IPEP31001 on cucumber powdery mildew was 50.96%~61.97%,while the field experiment revealed a control effect of 76.92%~79.10%.There was no significant difference between the control effects of IPEP31001 and Bacillus subtilis.The plant height,dry and fresh weight,and healthy seedling index of cucumbers were significantly higher than those of water controls.In conclusion,IPEP31001 has been demonstrated to significantly enhance cucumber growth and to exert a clear control effect on cucumber powdery mildew.These findings suggest that IPEP31001 has the potential for field application and further development.
