摘  要:腹外侧中脑导水管周围灰质(vlPAG)位于中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)的腹外侧区域,其含有丰富的γ-氨基丁酸能、谷氨酸能、多巴胺能等神经元及5-羟色胺(5-HT)、谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、乙酰胆碱等神经化学物质,与大脑众多区域都有神经纤维连接,是脑内参与疼痛调节的重要脑区。文章综述了vlPAG的结构组成特点,vlPAG参与疼痛调节的神经生理机制及其与大脑其他区域的神经纤维联系,总结了其在疼痛调控中的关键作用,为研发更多相关镇痛药物及方法提供依据和思路。The ventrolateral periaqueductal gray matter(vlPAG)is located in the ventrolateral region of the periaqueductal gray matter(PAG)of the midbrain,which includes γ-aminobutyric acidergic neurons,glutamatergic neurons,and dopaminergic neurons.It contains neurochemicals such as 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),glutamate,γ-aminobutyric acid,and acetylcholine.The vlPAG has nerve fiber connections to many areas of the brain and is an important brain region involved in pain regulation.This article reviews the structural characteristics of vlPAG,the neurophysiological mechanism of vlPAG involved in pain regulation,and its connection with nerve fibers in other brain regions,and summarizes its key role in pain regulation,so as to provide basis and ideas for the development of more related analgesic drugs and methods.
