摘　　要：从司法走向预防是社会治理现代化的一种新模式,这种模式将治理优先于惩治。生命科技犯罪是风险社会的产物,是对人类尊严的极端侵犯,具有未知的不可逆危险。犯罪预防中心观在应对生命科技犯罪之中具有主动性、事前性、预防性等特征,成为应对生命科技犯罪的优选治理思路。在犯罪预防中心观渐入生命科技治理的路径上,应从加强审查与监管、提升行业自律意识、完善刑事相关立法等多维度完善生命科技犯罪预防措施,以便有效降低生命科技犯罪风险,保护人类尊严和生命安全。Moving from justice to prevention represents a relatively new model of modernizing social governance that emphasizes governance over punishment.The concept of a crime prevention center embodies proactive,preventive measures in addressing life sciences and technology crimes,which are manifestations of risks inherent in a society,flagrant violations of human dignity,and pose unknown and irreversible dangers.As the crime prevention center charts a course towards governing life sciences and technology,preventive measures against these crimes should be enhanced from various angles.This includes bolstering reviews and oversight,promoting industry self-discipline,and refining legislation related to criminal activities.These efforts aim to effectively mitigate the risks associated with life sciences and technology crimes,safeguarding human dignity and ensuring life safety.
