摘 要:高速铁路架设箱梁运梁方式一般有桥位跨墩提梁上桥或路基段利用运梁便道运梁上桥两种方式,对梁场位置的选择及项目的地形条件等提出了较高的要求。本文以某高铁联络线为例,研究桥位修建钢栈桥运梁上桥的方式,为箱梁的运输提供一个新的思路,从而解决困难地段的架梁问题。文中通过分析箱梁制存梁场选址及箱梁上线方式重难点,提出两种架梁比选方案,从方案可行性、费用、工期以及存在的问题等方面进行对比分析,最终给出推荐方案。推荐方案在本项目已成功实施。研究成果可对今后类似工程的设计施工提供良好的借鉴和参考价值。Generally,there are two ways of transporting box girder in high-speed railway,which are lifting girder on bridge by bridge pier or transporting girder on bridge by road in subgrade section.Higher requirements are put forward for the selection of beam field location and the topographical conditions of the project.this paper takes a high-speed railway connection line as an example to study the way of building steel trestle bridge to carry girder on the bridge,which provides a new idea for the transportation of box girder,so as to solve the problem of girder erection in difficult areas.in the article,through the analysis of the location of the beam beams and the listing of the beam beams,it is difficult to compare and analyze the three beams comparison schemes,which are based on the feasibility,expenses,construction period,and existing problems.it is currently successfully implemented in this project.The research results can provide good reference and reference value for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
